Initiate Your Request
Log into your NetEase account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is unworn and in its original condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
